Celine Dion is ‘thrilled’ to offer a new update about her life-changing health fight.

The My Heart Will Go On singer has been out of the spotlight since being diagnosed with stiff person syndrome.

Celine Dion has kept a low profile since being diagnosed with stiff person syndrome at the end of 2022, but she still enjoys interacting with her fans on social media.

In the midst of her terrible health struggle, the 55-year-old revealed some “thrilled” news on Tuesday, welcoming another iconic face into the L’Oréal Paris family.

Celine, a global spokeswoman for the brand since 2019, reshared a snapshot of Kendall Jenner on her Instagram Stories after the model was unveiled as the new face of L’Oréal Paris, fronting their makeup commercials.

Kendall is wearing an enormous hoodie with the brand’s “I’m Worth It’” statement printed across the front, similar to the one Celine wore when she signed with the label.

“Thrilled to welcome the amazing @kendalljenner to the @lorealparis family! – Team Celine,” Celine’s team captioned the stunning photo, followed by the hashtags “LOrealParisFamily #Reveal #NewAmbassador #Worthit.”

Celine understands how Kendall feels about her new partnership. When she was named the face of the Excellence Hair Color line, the Think Twice singer couldn’t wait to “empower” others.

“I’m at a point in my life where I’m eager to use my voice to help others feel beautiful, confident and learn to love themselves. I never expected that, especially at 51,” Celine told Harper’s Bazaar in 2019.

Celine explained how she carefully weighed working with the beauty industry titans before signing on the dotted line: “I thought seriously about it because, if my name was on it, I wanted to truly believe in it. We, as women, are all struggling with a society that is putting so much pressure on us today.”

“Because L’Oréal Paris provides so many tools for women to feel good, strong, have a voice, fulfill themselves, and feel worth it, I was honored to become a global ambassador for the brand and represent women all over the world.”

Meanwhile, while Celine has been very silent about her ailment since initially disclosing it in December 2022, her sister, Claudette, recently gave supporters hope that she would one day return to the forefront.

According to Journaldesfemmes.fr, Celine, 74, appeared on the Quebec TV show Bonsoir Bonsoir and stated that she is in “a determined state of mind” and “working hard” to manage her symptoms.

“We’re all crossing our fingers, and I’m glad people are concerned,” Claudette said Jean-Philippe Wauthier, the show’s host.”She is working hard, and we are confident in our ability to succeed.”

Claudette’s announcement comes after Celine made the painful decision to cancel her whole global tour following many postponements due to her diagnosis. “I’m working hard to regain my strength,” she said in May, “but touring can be very difficult even when you’re 100 percent.”

“I’m sorry to disappoint you all again. It’s not fair to you to keep postponing the events, and as much as it pains me, it’s better that we cancel everything now until I’m truly ready to return to the stage. I want you to know that I’m not giving up… and I’m looking forward to seeing you again!”
